- La Bola Negra — Canadian premiere, 5:45 p.m., also at Princess of Wales Theatre. Los Javis direct this 155-minute ensemble drama starring Penélope Cruz and Glenn Close.

TIFF’s confirmed public talk with Rachel Morrison takes place at 3:30 p.m. at TIFF Lightbox Cinema 2, tying in with her directorial debut Love of Your Life.
